Jesus Castro
CEO
Jesus Castro, originally from Puerto Rico, is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur in the construction industry. With a degree in Electrical Engineering, he began his career working for major companies, gaining extensive experience in large-scale commercial and residential projects. His passion for innovation and excellence led him to establish Safe Electric in 2012, a company renowned for delivering top-tier electrical solutions across various sectors.
As the founder and CEO of Safe Electric, Jesus oversaw the successful completion of over 400 residential homes, 29 hotels, 5 schools, warehouses, retail stores, and supermarkets, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the construction industry. His deep technical expertise and hands-on experience allowed him to deliver projects of the highest standards, consistently exceeding client expectations.
In 2022, Jesus took on a new challenge, becoming the CEO of Cowise Group, a rapidly expanding MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) company. Under his leadership, Cowise Group has grown into a major force in the construction sector, offering fully integrated services in multiple states. His strategic vision and innovative approach have enabled the company to seamlessly blend MEP solutions, construction, and design, setting new benchmarks in the industry.
Today, as the CEO of Cowise Group and the founder of Safe Electric, Jesus Castro continues to drive growth, innovation, and excellence, leaving a lasting impact on the construction landscape in the U.S.
Sharon Castro
President
Sharon is a Brazilian entrepreneur and the President of Cowise Group, a company specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services, construction, and design. With a strong background in business management and human resources, she has built a reputation as a visionary leader, driving growth and innovation across multiple industries.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2009 in the beauty sector, where she founded and scaled a successful brand. Over 15 years, she managed a team of over 80 employees, expanded to five beauty salons in southern Brazil, and in 2022, took her brand international by opening a location in Miami, Florida.
At the end of 2022, Sharon embraced a new challenge in the construction industry, founding Cowise as a company focused on MEP solutions. In 2023, she expanded its scope by launching Cowise Design, a division dedicated to architectural plans, interior design, and high-quality 3D renderings. This strategic move allowed Cowise to offer fully integrated services, from initial concept development to project execution.
By the end of 2024, she became a licensed Realtor in Florida, further enhancing Cowise capabilities by integrating property acquisition with design and construction services. That same year, she led Cowise expansion into multiple states, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas Mississippi.
With a commitment to excellence and innovation, Sharon continues to drive Cowise growth, delivering high-quality solutions that redefine the construction industry. Her leadership, strategic vision, and ability to identify new market opportunities position her as a trailblazer in every industry she enters.
Lucas Rezende
Senior Vice President
As an SEVP (Senior Executive Vice President), Mr. Rezende is the Chief Operating Officer for the Company’s commercial, residential, and hospitality markets. He oversees business development, project management, estimating, planning, and budgeting. Lucas sets policies, procedures, and goals for all the project management and development teams.
Lucas brings a wealth of experience and new visions to Cowise Group, having successfully led multiple teams in the construction and development sectors for over $450 m in 6 different states. Over the past 12+ years, he has had a reputation for fostering innovation, building exceptional teams, and delivering client-centric solutions. Lucas has a diverse background encompassing multiple real estate and construction disciplines, having managed both small and large-scale development and construction projects in eight states. As COO of Cowise, Lucas was responsible for the company's business development, delivering successful projects while expanding the Company toward six new states.
Lucas Rezende is a PMP-certified Project Manager with a BS in Civil Engineering from The Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais(Brazil). His previous work experience includes development and construction projects in the multifamily, hospitality, and commercial markets in Florida, New York, North Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
Cesar Romero
Director of Construction
Cesar Romero, originally from Venezuela, comes from a family deeply rooted in the construction industry. Surrounded by this environment from a young age, he developed a passion for construction and electrical systems that has guided his professional journey since 2011. With extensive experience working in major companies across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, Cesar has honed his skills in project management, electrical systems, and construction leadership. He holds key certifications that reflect his dedication to safety, quality, and excellence:

Currently, as the Construction Director at Cowise Group, Cesar leads more than 10 active projects and manages a team of over 100 professionals. His leadership ensures that projects are executed efficiently, with a focus on high-quality outcomes and timely delivery. Cesar’s deep understanding of construction, combined with his family heritage and years of hands-on experience, makes him a key figure in Cowise Group’s continued expansion and success.
