For us, Cowise is not just a company but a ministry of God. We firmly believe that we must help people achieve dignity, peace and professional development. That's why we have a MISSION to help thousands of immigrants in their greatest difficulties across the country.
Watch the video below to find out more:
Cowise Foundation was born out of the need and lack of skilled labor in the construction industry here in the US.
As the demand in the construction industry increases every year and the labor force is increasingly scarce, we decided to create these professional courses within the foundation, not only to help builders have more professionals but also to generate a great opportunity for qualification for these people who arrive here in the US without a clear perspective in the professional area, in addition to generating jobs as well.
Our practical courses meet the needs of those who are looking for a professional qualification as a way of improving their skills and/or finding a new profession.
In addition to technical knowledge, it is important to develop entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviors in students, which will guide them in setting up their businesses here, advertising their services and making their budgets. As well as learning about the rules, regulations and laws of the USA.
Building construction is a major contributor to employment and economic activity, in addition to producing structures that add to productivity and quality of life. In 2018, nonresidential construction spending in the U.S. totaled $748 billion ($453 billion private, $295 billion public) and nonresidential building and specialty trade contractors accounted for 3.4 million of the industry’s 7.3 million employees.
Every year there are a large number of newcomers to the US looking for the fantastic job that will allow them to gain experience, economic stability and, at the same time, establish their roots in Uncle Sam's land.
The good news is that there is a fairly consistent supply of jobs in the United States for immigrants, both entry-level positions and positions for experienced professionals.
The construction business is attractive to new immigrants as a potential source of employment. Employers, managers and landowners have profited from their presence, gaining complementary talent and increasing productivity. Immigrants in the construction business usually work in cement masonry, carpet installation, carpentry and painting, electricians, plumbers, etc.
It is possible to immigrate to work in construction through the H2B (temporary visa) and EB-3 (Green Card) visas, both of which require an employer/sponsor.
But there are also other possibilities: within the cowise foundation you will have direct advice from partner immigration lawyers who will help all foundation students.
You will also learn about the laws and how to work legally in the USA.
In this curse You will be trained in a laboratory that simulates the reality of work, from the input standard, through the General Distribution Board, to the installation of sockets, photocells, switches and electronic gates. All this, of course, with the necessary tools and equipment.

In the bricklayer course you will learn how to lay masonry elements (with and without a structural function), mortar and ceramic tiles (on horizontal and vertical walls) and more. Upon completion of the course you will be ready to carry out laying, cladding and specific construction procedures.
