Job Opportunity: Architectural Projects Engineer with Rendering Skills in Orlando
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Architectural Projects Engineer with rendering expertise to join our team in Orlando. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse architectural projects and contribute to innovative designs in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop electrical and hydraulic designs for architectural projects.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Bluebeam for project planning, presentations, and estimation.
• Apply rendering techniques to visualize design concepts and enhance project presentations.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in electrical and hydraulic projects in the field of architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Bluebeam.
• Strong rendering skills to create realistic visualizations of 3D Design concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in Orlando.
Salary – 64,147.00/year
